• Keep the container in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight, stoves, and humid environments

Grind Only When Needed

• Grind beans just before brewing to preserve their natural oils and flavors.

Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
• If the issue is deemed our error, we will cover the costs of replacement or refund.

To initiate a claim, email us at daniel@teetimejava.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Return Address

• The return address is set to our supplier's facility. If a shipment is returned, you will receive an automated email notification.
• Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address

• If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs after providing an updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments

• Shipments that are unclaimed by the recipient are returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will be your responsibility.

Sealed Goods

• We do not accept returns of sealed goods, whether opened or unopened. This includes coffee bags, cold brew, instant coffee, and other related products. Returned sealed goods will be disposed of and cannot be reshipped or refunded.

Customer Returns

• If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us at daniel@teetimejava.com before initiating a return.
• We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
• If you wish to return or exchange a product, this will be done at your discretion and expense. To provide a replacement, a new order must be placed at your expense.
